SPRINT & JUNIOR Distance: 750 m swim + 20 km bike + 5 K run
OLYMPIC DISTANCE: 1500 m swim + 40k bike + 10k run
YOUTH race Distances: 375 m swim + 10 km bike + 2.5 km rum
CASH Prizes to Overall Adult Male and Female Winners!!! OLYMPIC race – $100 each. SPRINT race – $60 each!!
Twin Lakes is a spring fed lake Wet suits WILL be legal and can be rented at Sports Systems on a first come first served basis.

All participants must be a USAT Member or pay the USAT $12.00 (Juniors $10) one-day license fee (or $45 for an annual adult license; $15.00 for Juniors under 18 years old).
On-line Registration closes at 11:00 p.m. MST on June 22, 2015. Late registrations must be hand-delivered to FIT FUNdamentals. The are NO registrations taken after June 26, 2015, 6:00 p.m.

POST RACE PARTY BROUGHT TO YOU BY:
SWIM: 375 m Youth – 750 m Sprint – 1500 m Olympic (2 laps)
BIKE: 10 k (6 mi) Youth – 20k (12.5 mi) Sprint – 40k Olympic (2 laps)
RUN: 2.5 k (1.5 mi) Youth – 5k (3.1 mi) Sprint – 10k (6.2 mi) Olympic
JUNIOR, SPRINT AND OLYMPIC COURSE DESCRIPTIONS:
Swim: 750 meter loop, swim one or two times – in Twin Lake – diamond shape course, counter clockwise swim. Swim Map Here
Bike: 20 K (12.5 miles) out and back course – one time for sprint race, two laps for Olympic race, on incredibly scenic and slightly hilly terrain. Course is on newly paved roads that generally have very light traffic. There will be volunteer support along the route, but there are no major intersections. There will be one aid station on the bike course at the turn around point and there will be a sag wagon on the course.

Run: 5 K (3.1 miles) – both on and off road, including a strecth of road on which runners will pass 3 times, so it is extremely spectator friendly. There will be one aid station that runners will pass 3 times. The Olympic course adds and extra loop into town.

YOUTH COURSE DESCRIPTIONS:
The Youth course will be a shortened version of the Sprint Course, roughly half the distance.

This is a USA Triathlon sanctioned event, and all USAT rules and regulations apply. For a complete list of the rules go to www.usatriathlon.org You must be a USAT Member OR pay the $12 (per person) one-day membership fee to participate in this race. ($10.00 for Juniors 17 and under).

In case of inclement weather the race will be postponed or cancelled at the race director’s discretion. If the race is cancelled due to weather all registrations will be transferred to the next year’s event and the wonderful people of Santa Rosa wil be happy to party with you all day!
