Early bird Registration ends July 01, 2012. After that registration price increases $20 per participant, plus the USAT $12.00 one-day license fee (if not a USAT member).

PACKET PICKUP - On Thursday, July 11th, 3:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m. at HIGH DESERT BICYCLES, corner of Louisiana and Paseo del Norte, OR on race day from 6:00 - 7:00 a.m. at the race site.

Registration closes at 11:00 p.m. MST on July 11, 2013. No registrations taken after that time.

Race Details:

800 meter swim + 20 k bike + 5 k run

COURSE DESCRIPTION:

Swim: 800 meters - in Twin Lake - diamond shape course, counter clockwise swim.

Bike: 20 K (12.5 miles) out and back course - on incredibly scenic and slightly hilly terrain. Course is on newly paved roads that generally have very light traffic. There will be volunteer support along the route, but there are no major intersections. There will be one aid station on the bike course at the turn around point and there will be a sag wagon on the course.

Run: 5 K (3.1 miles) - both on and off road, including a strecth of road on which runners will pass 3 times, so it is extremely spectator friendly. There will be one aid station approximately 1.5 miles into the run.

This is a USA Triathlon sanctioned event, and all USAT rules and regulations apply. For a complete list of the rules go to www.usatriathlon.org You must be a USAT Member OR pay the $12 (per person) one-day membership fee to participate in this race. ($10.00 for Juniors 17 and under).

To get a discounted room rate, you must call the hotel directly to book your room. Room rate is only guaranteed until July 1, 2013.

In case of inclement weather the race will be postponed or cancelled at the race director's discretion. If the race is cancelled due to weather all registrations will be transferred to the next year's event.
